For Parents

Parents and families are an integral part of the Christian Education Department at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church.  They are frequently called upon to be instructors or guides, to provide treats for a special event, or to help out in many other ways.  However, these are not the only important things that they do.  OSLC believes that the family is the primary vehicle through which faith is nurtured in children and youth.  We will equip and empower parents, grandparents and other adult family members to take up their callings as the primary faith nurturers in the lives of our children and youth.
